ROLES AND RESPONSIBILES

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.4. Allocate resources and coordinate project team members’ activities.5. Identify and manage project risks and issues.6. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.7. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management.8. Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.10. Ensure agile methodology is practiced as a way of life for development including time reporting11. Effectively work with internal IT teams for required integrations12. Ensure technical and functional guidance is provided to the team at all stages of development13. Provide necessary assistance in imparting user training to the end users to ensure app adoption14. Ensure ongoing smooth support (incident, change and problem management) for the application in scope as per agreed SLO15. Ensure application/s compliance related to internal controls, cybersecurity and infrastructure processes16. As people leader, Understand, implement and follow people management processes for the team
