Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in developing high-quality Android and iOS applications. As a part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain mobile applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work on innovative projects, applying your expertise in Flutter and mobile development to bring ideas to life and optimize performance across both platforms.

Experience: 2-5 Years Experience with building and releasing both Android & iOS app

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science/ or related qualification

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and deploy Flutter-based applications for Android and iOS.- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation, ensuring the app’s functionality, reliability, and performance across both platforms.- Participate in regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve best practices in mobile app development.- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues to enhance application stability and responsiveness.- Work with QA to ensure complete testing and deliver high-quality applications.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Flutter, mobile technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in building, testing, and releasing Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.- Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.- Demonstrated experience with cross-platform mobile development, including hands-on deployment to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, including state management, navigation, and API integrations.- Experience integrating RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications with backend services.- Ability to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, adaptive, and high-quality code.- Proficiency in Git or similar version control tools.- Solid analytical skills with the ability to solve technical challenges creatively and effectively.- Familiarity with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Analytics, etc.).- Understanding of CI/CD processes for mobile development.- Experience with state management techniques.
