Job Description

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Process expert role for SAP with end-to-end consulting related to all global/local processes and related master data. Act as a liaison with Business users and technical team for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze and resolve issues. Support the business processes with issue identification, resolution and process optimization. IT process support for process automation and digitization in the business processes Co-Ordinate Project training, testing, migration and documentation during the project & BRs(Business Requirements) execution Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the processes are aligned across modules Provide ad-hoc training & user support as required. Digitalization: Knowledge of Web applications, interface with multiple systems, infrastructure topics and data analytics tool.

Qualifications

Qualification: in Computer Science / IT with SAP SD certification from reputed Institution With minimum 3 years’ experience as SAP SD consultant with at least one implementation and knowledge of cross module integration Expertise in interactions with business & customers Overview of sales and logistic processes, end-to-end Order to cash cycle Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and Projects at the same time. Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging, self-confident personality, Excellent Presentation and communication skills
