Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant with 5 - 10 years of experience to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical support, and troubleshooting skills, along with expertise in consulting and sales.

- The primary responsibilities will include working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing technical support, and leveraging analytical skills to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize analytical skills to understand business requirements and provide consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Collaborate with clients to analyze their business processes and recommend Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions to meet their needs.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Dynamics AX configurations and customizations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

- Provide expertise in sales processes and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics AX.

- Deliver excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics AX functionalities and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 - 10 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant.

- Strong analytical, technical support, and troubleshooting skills.

- Proven experience in consulting and sales roles.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation projects is a plus.
