We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and lead generation. The ideal candidate will take charge of developing scalable marketing operations, optimizing demand generation processes, and aligning marketing strategies with sales and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development
· Develop and implement a robust global marketing strategy with a dual focus on  B2B and B2C channels .
· Ensure the strategy aligns with sales and overall business growth objectives.
2. Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization
· Design and execute targeted campaigns for  B2B and B2C lead generation .
· Implement effective lead tracking, nurturing, and attribution processes in collaboration with the sales team.
· Continuously optimize lead qualification and conversion through data-driven insights.
3. Integration with Sales
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
· Establish a shared pipeline ownership model, integrating CRM tools to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
· Provide sales enablement support with tailored materials, training, and insights for both B2B and B2C segments.
4. Channel Development
· Build and scale effective  B2B and B2C channels , leveraging digital platforms, partnerships, and innovative strategies to reach target audiences.
· Optimize go-to-market strategies across diverse channels to drive global reach and revenue growth.
5. Operational Efficiency
· Oversee the implementation of marketing processes, tools, and technologies to enhance execution and ROI tracking.
· Drive efficiency in campaign management, ensuring consistency and scalability.
6. Performance Analytics
· Define and monitor KPIs for both marketing and sales integration success.
· Use advanced analytics to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and channel effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
7. Brand Management and Messaging
· Maintain a unified global brand identity while adapting messaging for regional markets and audiences.
· Establish the company as a trusted thought leader in its target industries.
8. Team Leadership
· Build and manage a high-performing global marketing team, fostering collaboration with the sales organization.
· Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
9. Budget and Resource Management
· Manage the global marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost optimization and alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications
· Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing leadership , with a strong track record in operational marketing and lead generation.
· Experience driving successful collaboration between marketing and sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
· Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and demand generation techniques.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Experience in building and scaling global marketing channels in a high-growth environment.
