Full Stack Architect role will be part of Digital Commerce Team building enterprise web application using PHP & ReactJS/NextJS (or similar frameworks) stack. This role will lead the team in Analysis, Application Architecture, Design Solutions, Integration, Testing, and Implementation of business and technical information technology solutions for building in scalable, high-performance, and secure applications using SDLC methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Architect & Design:
    Define scalable, maintainable architectures and development roadmaps for enterprise-grade PHP & ReactJS applications.
  • Translate Requirements:
    Convert business and technical requirements into high-quality, full-stack solutions using
    PHP (backend), ReactJS/NextJS (frontend), PostgreSQL
    , and cloud platforms (
    AWS/GCP/Azure
    ).
  • Performance Optimization:
    Analyze and enhance application performance, memory usage, and troubleshoot bottlenecks across platforms.
  • API Development:
    Design, build, and integrate web services and APIs to support seamless product functionality.
  • Deployment & CI/CD:
    Lead application deployment strategies, manage version control, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Best Practices & Standards:
    Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and streamline development workflows.
  • Agile Collaboration:
    Actively contribute to Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Mentorship & Leadership:
    Guide, train, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    9+ years
    in PHP-based application development, including at least
    3 years in enterprise architecture and solution design
    .
  • Backend Expertise:
    Strong hands-on experience with
    PHP 8.2
    and
    Laravel Framework (v10+)
    .
  • Frontend Expertise:
    Proven skills in
    ReactJS
    ,
    NextJS (SSR)
    ,
    TypeScript
    ,
    JavaScript
    ,
    TailwindCSS
    , and
    CSS
    .
  • Cloud & Databases:
    Familiarity with
    AWS/GCP/Azure
    and databases (
    PostgreSQL & MySQL
    ).
  • DevOps Skills:
    Proficiency in
    CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
    , and deployment automation.
  • System & Scripting:
    Basic exposure to
    Linux commands
    and experience with
    Shell scripting
    (desirable).
  • Security & Authentication:
    Understanding of authentication frameworks such as
    OAuth
    and
    SAML
    (preferred).
  • Domain Knowledge:
    Experience in
    Digital Commerce, eCommerce, and Banking domains
    (highly desirable).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    .
  • Methodologies:
    Strong understanding of
    SDLC
    and
    Agile/SCRUM methodologies
    .
