Role & responsibilities

• Good technical knowledge and Fast Learning ability to understand new technologies.
• Expertise in the areas of sourcing, screening, validating, interview coordination.
• Having good experience in Job portals like Naukri, Monster etc. referrals and Social Networks.
• Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
• Technically screen candidates for their technical skills as per the requirements.
• Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
• Negotiation of Salary range to fit both company /candidate comfort level and Satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience Recruitment Sourcing of working on Contract and Full-Time roles
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to Present for candidates in correct manner
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Validate Candidate Fitment as per Client Need before sharing for Final Submission.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Good Communication and Interaction skills in English
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Should be able to work independently
• Excellent Self-management abilities.
• Prioritize work & Proactive Approach.
