Ganpat University established in 2005 as per state private university Act, is a NAAC ‘A’ Grade accredited, one of the most reputed state private, not for profit University in the country, having established strong industry academia partnership. Ganpat University is now expanding its horizon, as it has received a letter of Intent for Govt. of Goa to establish a University in the state of goa to expand the educational landscape. Govt. of Goa has also mandated Ganpat university to redevelop the existing maritime school into a world class institute on Design, Build, Finance Operate & Transfer (DBFOT) under PPP mode.
About the job role:
The Senior Site Engineer will play a critical role in overseeing the construction and maintenance of the GIME campus infrastructure. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can manage complex projects, ensure quality standards, and work collaboratively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management and site supervision.

Must have: -
- Minimum qualification - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have handle major projects of construction i.e. Business Park, Hotels, Multiplex etc.
