Role & Responsibility :

1) BE in Civil Engineering, with a minimum 4 years of experience.

2) Proficiency in AutoCAD.

3) Organised construction approach.

4) Fluent in Hindi and English. Marathi or Konkani language is considered an advantage.

5) Ability to read the drawings thoroughly and analyse reports, drawings and geological data.

6) Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, contractors and communicate clearly with the team.

7) Experience/Exposure to sustainable construction materials (Bamboo construction) is an advantage.

8) Should be well experienced in sending daily, weekly and monthly site reports.

9) Should be capable of developing recommendations for safety and site progress.

10) Should have the patience to get things done on site by maximum utilisation of resources.
