Senior HRIS Analyst Req ID FY|G&A|#3 Location(s) Bangalore, India; Hyderabad, India; Work arrangement(s) Hybrid (works from home and New Relic office throughout the week), Office (works primarily in a New Relic office) Your opportunity The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for proactive collaboration with customers and key internal business partners. The role requires outstanding customer service skills, independent thinking in handling payroll analysis and validations in a challenging, fast-paced and high-growth environment.What you'll do
Provide day to day support for HRIS and other HR systems including troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methodsApply skills in requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment of new functionality, enhancements, and process improvementWorking collaboratively, this position will be responsible for a broad range of HRIS activities including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliancePrepare standard operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellenceThis role requires
Ensure HRIS support tickets are processed accurately and timelyDemonstrated skill in HRIS tool configuration, primarily for WorkdayEnsure system data is accurate and compliantCreate and write Standard Operating Procedures in a clear and organized wayWork with HR functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate flow of informationAddress employee queries related to HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Time OffWork with Payroll and Finance teams to prepare monthly data loadsWork with internal and external audit to ensure the integrity of system dataSpecial projects as assigned1+ years experience of HRIS experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsPossess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new thingsMust be self-motivated and able to work independentlyIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience in a fast-growing company strongly preferredAttention to detail and high level of accuracyWorkday HCM experienceFostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us.
