SummaryThis is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator at Kay Tent Industries, located in Gurugram. The Office Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and general office administration duties.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations;Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels;Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations when needed;Handle administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry;Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and overseeing mail and deliveries;Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events;Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies;Act as the primary contact for internal and external queries, directing them to the appropriate departments;Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations;Assisting the HR department in vendor selection, organizing events, and ordering items for celebrations like birthdays and anniversariesCoordinating with vendors for printing joining kits, cards, letters, promotional materials, certificates, etcPurchasing and maintaining office stationery and supplies

QualificationsAdministrative assistance and office administration skillsProficiency in operating office equipmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service abilitiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksProficiency in computer applications such as MS OfficeExperience in office administration is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification
