Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role in the Greater Melbourne Area for the Growth Hacker & Partnerships Specialist - Web3 Real Estate Tokenization, RWA Tokenization, MEMEFI, and DEX Marketing. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to growth hacking, partnerships development, and marketing strategies , liaising with blockchains within the Web3 Real Estate Tokenization, RWA Tokenization, MEMEFI, and DEX space.


Qualifications


  • Experience: 4+ years in growth hacking, partnerships, and marketing roles, with a minimum of 2 years in Web3 projects. Proven track record in real estate tokenization, RWA tokenization, MEMEFI, or DEX-related growth strategies is a strong plus.
  • Web3 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DEXs, and tokenization. Familiarity with tokenomics, smart contracts, NFT/DeFi protocols, and Web3 user psychology is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and A/B testing skills to drive growth experiments, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Web3-native analytics solutions.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to craft unique, creative approaches to growth within the Web3 space, leveraging emerging trends, social channels, and viral marketing tactics.
  • Partnership-Building Skills: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with experience managing strategic alliances or partnerships that drive growth.
  • Community Engagement: Experience with Web3 community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram) and a deep understanding of crypto culture and user motivations.
  • Proficiency in growth hacking strategies and partnerships development
  • Experience in marketing within the Web3 and Real Estate Tokenization sectors
  • Familiarity with MEMEFI and DEX marketing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Melbourne Area


Responsibilities:


  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize growth strategies to scale user acquisition, retention, and engagement across our projects, including Real Estate Tokenization, RWA Tokenization, MEMEFI, and DEX initiatives.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption, with an emphasis on community building, engagement, and viral growth tactics tailored for Web3 users.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key players, including blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, real estate firms, tokenization platforms, and influential Web3 communities to strengthen our ecosystem and cross-promote offerings.
  • Community Engagement: Work closely with the community and social media teams to cultivate a thriving, active user base, ensuring campaigns are responsive to community feedback and aligned with industry trends.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Track and analyze key metrics, implementing data-driven growth experiments to test hypotheses and refine strategies for continuous optimization.
  • Collaboration with Product & Dev Teams: Align growth hacking strategies with product and development roadmaps, incorporating user insights to enhance our platform's appeal and functionality.
  • Influencer & Ambassador Programs: Launch and manage ambassador or influencer programs to expand reach, leverage KOLs, and create authentic, high-impact endorsements within the Web3 ecosystem.
Preferred Skills:


  • Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of blockchain programming languages (Solidity, Rust) or smart contracts is a plus.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, content strategies, and digital marketing tools for driving organic growth.
  • Campaign Management: Skilled in paid advertising and growth tools specific to Web3 (e.g., DEXTools, CoinGecko, Web3 social analytics).
