Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Preferred Skills:
- Procurement & vendor negotiations
- Plant strategy
- Financial planning & budgeting
- Accounting, GST & costing
- Knowledge of land revenue matters & large-scale negotiations
- Technology & digital ability to work in SAP environment while being hands on in MS Office
- Negotiations for procurement while dealing with PSU organisations and govt. offices
- Good with statutory compliances and a strong influencer
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in: working in a large manufacturing set up with the ability to handle high volume purchases, inter-unit accounting, handling liaison matters for GST
- Strategic, Financial & Operational Planning: strategy & planning, cost optimization, planning & budgeting, financial & working capital management.
- Governance, Compliance & Systems: audit & legal compliance, compliance, system improvement & SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)
- People, Process & Resource Management: materials management, people management & development,
