Key Responsibilities Architect, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Conduct sophisticated keyword research, market landscape analysis, and audience segmentation Build thoughtful experimentation frameworks to improve bidding, creative messaging, and funnel efficiency Analyze performance with rigor and translate insights into clear, strategic recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams — creative, analytics, strategy — to deliver unified, high-performing campaigns Oversee daily pacing, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs with precision, transparency, and accountability Stay ahead of platform changes, automation advancements, and evolving performance best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads campaigns with strong, measurable success Strong analytical capability with the ability to see patterns, diagnose challenges, and propose solutions Clear, confident communication — articulate, professional, and grounded in strategic logic A proactive, disciplined work ethic suited to remote collaboration Solid understanding of search intent behavior, funnel dynamics, conversion tracking, and bidding models Beyond expertise, we value character: integrity, curiosity, emotional maturity, and a genuine respect for the craft of performance marketing. Preferred Experience (Helpful, Not Required) Experience managing multi-market or large-scale e-commerce campaigns Familiarity with GA4, feed optimization, or attribution modeling A strategic mindset that blends analytical precision with creative understanding These experiences add strength to your profile, but they are not prerequisites.
