About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our client's technology initiatives and drive digital transformation. The CIO will play a crucial role in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience (CX), and empower a robust and agile workforce. This role requires a strong leader with experience in ERP implementations, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and a passion for innovation. This position will have a global responsibility (India, US & Guatemala).

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and sustainability commitments.- Lead the digital transformation of the company, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for innovation, growth, and competitive advantage.- Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, including network security, data management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.- Champion a data-driven culture, promoting the use of analytics and business intelligence to inform decision-making across the organization.

ERP Implementation & Optimization

- Lead the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring seamless integration across all business functions.- Optimize existing IT systems and applications to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.- Develop and implement technology solutions to streamline processes, automate tasks, and reduce manual effort.

Customer Experience (CX) Enhancement

- Leverage technology to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, including online platforms, mobile applications, and customer support channels.- Implement digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to reach new customers and expand market share.- Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and personalize interactions.

Workforce Enablement

- Empower employees with technology to improve collaboration, communication, and productivity.- Implement tools and platforms to support remote work and flexible work arrangements.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by providing access to training and development opportunities in emerging technologies.

Team Leadership & Development

- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.- Mentor and coach team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record as a CIO or senior IT leader with experience in ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and software development methodologies.

Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions and drive innovation.
