Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer (QE) to join our team, specializing in mobile and web application testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation tools, a solid understanding of test case development, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate within an agile team to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile and web applications.Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases to ensure the quality of applications.Perform both manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects.Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.Participate actively in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and ensure a smooth development process.Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports.Ensure that all testing activities are well-documented and accessible for future reference.Ensure that applications meet functional, performance, security, and usability requirements.Identify, analyze, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience:Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in testing mobile and web applications.Strong proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).Experience Level: 6 to 8 YearsSkills:Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
