Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer at Fabtool Industries located in Bengaluru. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures, and conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve any issues. Additionally, you will be involved in the continuous improvement of our quality management system to meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree / Diploma in Engineering
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and tools
Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Working knowledge of MS Office
Certification in NDT Level 2
