Toensure proper documentation and recording of the Admissiondischarge register.

To ensure compliance withadmission procedure record management and dischargeformalities

To ensure effective handling ofpatients who are on Ventilator.

To ensureproper care of dying patients.

Empowered tocommunicate with consultants at any time regarding progress ofpatients.

To take nursing decisions accordingto the condition of the patient.

To ensureproper coordination with other disciplines in case of admissiondischarge transfer shifting to Cath Lab/ OT/ Critical Care Area/NSICUCCURICUMICUPICUSICU Wards/Emergency Labour room/Obstetrics andGynecology Ward Nurse/Pediatric Ward Nurse/Orthopedic WardNurse/Hematology Ward Nurse/ENT and Ophthalmology WardNurse/Urology Ward Nurse/Nephrology Ward Nurse/Neurology WardNurse

Ensure timely indenting and proper stockmanagement of medicines.

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma/PG from :ANM/GNM/BSCNursing

Registration certificate

Specific training certificates (areas of specialization /critical area)
