WE ARE HIRING
Position: Head: After Sales Department
Role : Managerial Level
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Eligibility: Proven experience in after sales management, customer service, or technical support roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Work Location: Manipal.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of aftersales representatives, technicians, and support staff.
Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster a customer-centric culture focused on exceeding expectations and building long-term relationships.
Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Implement procedures for handling customer inquiries, feedback, and requests for technical assistance.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements based on feedback.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
Coordinate technical support activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance services.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption for customers.
Liaise with internal technical teams, vendors, and partners to address complex technical challenges.
Warranty Management:
Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to protect the interests of both the company and the customer.
Process warranty claims, coordinate repairs or replacements, and ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends, product issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to enhance loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather insights and feedback for product/service enhancements.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote after sales services and capabilities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze after sales performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and revenue generated.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in after sales management, customer service, or technical support roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
In-depth knowledge of after sales processes, warranty management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
