Position: Dispatch And Facilities Executive

Role: Executive level  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce/management

Eligibility: 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field

Work Location: Manipal

Roles :

• Plan daily dispatch operations.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with relevant departments.
• Oversee all maintenance and repairs of the manufacturing unit, property, equipment, and facilities.
• Supervision of daily housekeeping activities.

Responsibilities :

• Review records and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Examine goods for shipment based on destination, route, rate, and delivery time.
• Inform customers about item availability, shipment date, method, and current status; Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Arrange transportation for deployment activities and the movement of goods; Ensure proper packing of materials for shipment.
• Collaborate with the Production Team to update new orders and replacements, ensuring production timelines are met.
• Initiate and coordinate return shipments with after-sales and sales teams.
• Ensure all relevant documents (e.g., delivery challan, invoices, receipts) are dispatched with the material.
• Send relevant shipment details (e.g., proof of delivery number) to customers and notify respective departments.
• Check pending sales orders and identify reasons for delays.
• Ensure the venue and facilities are clean and organized to support workplace safety and health.
• Manage all maintenance and repairs of the manufacturing unit, property, equipment, and facilities.
• Supervise cleaning activities to ensure they are performed according to the set SOP, maintaining the premises in optimal condition.
