  • Buildand execute strategies to ensure high levels of customersatisfaction on ongoing supply chain technologyprojects.
  • Helpdevelop account strategy and plan that best leverages consultingteamstrengths.
  • Leadinga team working on multiple geographically dispersed projects andensure all projects are delivered on time and exceed customerexpectations.
  • Successfullydeliver Supply Chain Planning Consulting engagements across variousindustries sectors and geographies specifically in various areas ofSupply Chain Planning (Demand & Supply PlanningS&OP Distribution Planning MRP Inventory PlanningReplenishment Planning and NetworkOptimization )
  • Bringstructure to unstructured environments. Deal with ambiguity andlead the teams to success in fast pacedenvironment
  • Assistclients in the selection implementation and adoption of supplychainsolutions.
  • Providefunctional and business process expertise on a project whichgenerally consists of consultants subcontractors remote globalresources and clientemployees.
  • Managecrossfunctional programs/projects involving multiple clientstakeholders andvendors.
  • Guidethe clients on industry best practices / processbenchmarks.
  • Provideleadership and guidance to consultants in managing theirdeliverables and lead the teams to achieve highest standardsproject discipline andaccountability.
  • Helpin building Supply Chain practice at Thoucentric and help grow thecompany by participating in presales activities building newsolutions / offering that can strengthen Thoucentric s capabilitiesin Supply Chainspace.
  • Createreusable assets to help accelerate delivery ofsolutions
  • Jugglemultiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitiveway.
  • Actas solution architects with equal expertise in supply chainplanning technology anddomain.


EducationalQualifications:

  • Strongeducational background from reputed engineering and managementschools


RequiredSkills:

  • Understandingof supply chain planningprocesses including demandplanning supply planning S&OP and inventoryoptimization.
  • 3years to 15years of work experience inSupply Chain Planning domain with technologyexposure.
  • Flexibilityto work on any supply chain technology. Appropriate training wouldbe provided if you would need to work on a different technologythan what you have experiencein.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with internaland external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through andreporting
  • Analyticaland Problemsolving skills along with selfmotivation toexcel
  • Meticulousplanning skills with attention to detail and multitaskingskills
  • Abilityto drive projects in a matrix management environment that includesinfluencing efficiency collaboration candor and openness with afocus on resultsorientation
  • Abilityto analyze large amount of data; R Python SQL knowledge ispreferred.
  • DesriableSkills : 2 implementations usingat least one of thebe stinclasssupply chain softwaretools (e.g. JDA Blue Yonder SAP APO SAP IBP Kinaxis O9Anaplan E2Open Arkieva Oracle ASCP OM Partners etc.) orcustom built supply chain planning applicationsinvolving advanced algorithms(AI/ML) is highlydesirable.
