Role - SAP BI/BW Senior Consultant SAP Skills- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of BI/BW work experience in SAP full cycle implementation as well as in SAP support projects. Must have SAP A4O reporting experience. Should have strong exposure in area of SAP BI/BW (. COPA , CCA , FI-GL , FIAR and MM data flows). Should have worked on Support Incidents, tickets and CRs. Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails). Communication skills should be good, Assertive, Coordination, Should take ownership of assigned work.  Work experience in SAP Support project would be desirable. SAP ABAP knowledge would be an added advantage. Should be willing to work in Japan, UK and US shift timings as per rotational shift roster. Responsibilities- Facilitate the AMS Support of SAP BI/BW module Monitoring data loads and correcting errors and provide permanent fix for repeated data load failures. A4O reporting tool guidance to business when needed. Preparing process documents and test documents. Perform detailed analysis of any business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Assists the project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations. Assist team effort in developing solutions for projects. Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team. Meets billing efficiency targets and complies with all administrative responsibilities in a timely & effective manner. Keeps project management apprised of project direction and client concerns. Analyzes and develops reliable solutions which comply with specifications and standards, executes system test. Completes project documentation, demonstrates effective organizational skills, with minimal supervision. Meets quality standards, correctly prioritizes own activities in accordance with project plan and budget. Provides project team leaders with updates on the progress and difficulties encountered, and provides value-added insight and understanding. Demonstrates the ability to accomplish project assignments resulting in quality service. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs Design, customize, configure and testing of BI/BW solution Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team Work self-directed and independently. Should be willing to work in Japan, UK and US shift timings as per rotational shift roster. Business Skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.  Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.  Understand business processes for focus area or multiple modules.  Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.  Should be reliable, should have attention to detail, leadership, and an eye for innovation. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Must be result oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. Should be customer facing with good presentation skills.  Understands SAP methodologies, tools, standards, and techniques. Understands client’s business and technical environments. Strong analytical skills.  Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.  Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.  Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.  Has knowledge and experience in client’s industry.  Can solve/can contact resource to solve detailed SAP problems.  Can apply best business practices, especially those that SAP enables to meet client needs.   Consulting Skills- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff. Communication skills should be good, Assertive, Coordination, Should take ownership of assigned work.  Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.  Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.  Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assists in management of scope.  Creates professional relationships with client.  Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants.  Helps develop overall marketing messages.  Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients.  Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program).  Participates in Pre-Sales as part of the client pursuit team.  Leadership Skills-
Maintains positive working relationships with others.  Seeks ways to increase their level of contribution and team effectiveness. Works in conjunction with peers.
