hello All,Greetings from Tesslogs,We are looking for an highly skilled SAP FI + OneSource professional to join our team and drive tax automation and integration initiatives as part of our digital transformation journey.Key Responsibilities- Lead or contribute to the full lifecycle implementation of OneSource (or equivalent indirect tax engine) integrated with SAP FI/CO- Configure and maintain tax rules, tax rates, exemption logic, nexus, product taxability, certificate management, etc.- Design and build interfaces, data mappings, and integration flows between SAP (e.g. FI, SD, MM) and OneSource- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, mapping documents, test cases, and user manuals- Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing- Handle post-go-live support, issue resolution, performance tuning, and enhancements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Tax, IT, auditors, compliance) to ensure business alignment and tax compliance- Provide end-user training, create knowledge base, conduct workshops for stakeholders- Stay updated with global indirect tax regulations (VAT/GST, sales & use tax) and ensure system changes comply- Support tax process improvements, automation initiatives, and controls (e.g. reconciliation, audit readiness)- Assist in system upgrades, migrations (e.g. SAP ECC → S/4HANA) migrations involving tax engine componenRequired Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI / FICO experience (GL, AP, AR, integration with MM / SD)- 3+ years experience working with OneSource (or similar tax engines such as Sabrix, Vertex) in design, implementation, or support- Strong expertise in configuring tax engine rules: taxability, calculations, exemptions, nexus, certificate handling- Experience designing and implementing interfaces (IDocs, APIs, middleware) between SAP and tax engine- Ability to interpret indirect tax laws, tax rules and apply them in system logic- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills- Strong documentation skills (functional specs, test scripts, user guides)- Good communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills- Ability to work in global / matrixed environment (cross time zones)- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration strategy is a plus- Exposure to audit, compliance, or controls (SOX, internal audit) is beneficialRegards,Gladys#OneSource #IndirectTax #TaxAutomation #TaxCompliance #TaxTechnology #GlobalTax
