Our headquarters is in Bangalore, serving multiple cities across India. Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. This full-time position requires no prior work experience and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the real estate industry. The candidate will engage in telecalling and sales activities to promote our services and meet customer needs. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in telesales techniques, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage and convert leads into customers. Strong inside sales skills, focusing on understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey our value proposition to potential clients. Ability to work independently, taking initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities for customer engagement. Sales executive experience (Mandatory skill) with a proven record of achieving sales targets and objectives. Telecalling experience (Mandatory skill), showcasing professionalism and effectiveness in handling client interactions over the phone. Customer-oriented approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Strong negotiation skills, able to address objections and close deals efficiently while maintaining company standards. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct telecalling activities to reach out to potential customers and promote NoBroker's range of services. Engage in telesales efforts, converting leads into satisfied customers by offering appropriate real estate solutions. Identify customer needs through inside sales strategies and propose suitable services that meet those needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Address customer inquiries and provide support to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Stay updated with NoBroker's service offerings and market trends to effectively address customer needs. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
