Job Role: IT Recruiter

Location: Bhopal (WFO Only)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday

Shifts: 12:00 Noon to 09:00 PM IST

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across technologies and levels.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical/functional fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment (not US staffing).
  • Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
  • Excellent English communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.
