Note: This job is for Athulya Senior Onsite role. Role Summary Athulya Senior Care is implementing Salesforce to streamline sales, marketing, and operations workflows. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator ( 1–3 years of experience) who can ensure the system is configured properly, reports are generated on time, and users get the best value out of Salesforce. This role will act as the bridge between users and the technical implementation team — ensuring that configurations, data, and reports align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Review and understand existing Salesforce setup and configurations. Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and operational teams. Support business users in using Salesforce — including dashboards, lead updates, and opportunity tracking. Identify configuration issues and work with the implementation partner or internal IT to resolve them. Modify or tweak workflows, dashboards, and automations to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, etc.). Create new custom fields, reports, and dashboards based on evolving business needs. Document changes and maintain configuration logs. Conduct brief training or walkthroughs for new users when required. Coordinate with departments to gather feedback and improve usability. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM (as an admin, analyst, or power user). Strong understanding of reports, dashboards, workflows, and data structure in Salesforce. Analytical mindset — ability to translate business requirements into CRM features. Good communication skills and user-support attitude. Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Salary and Reporting structure: 6 LPA. Candidates with relevant experience and exceptional performance will get higher. Head – Sales / Operations / IT (depending on internal structure)
