Harness Cable Connector Pvt. Ltd. is one of the most experienced wiring harness companies, established in 1973 in India. It specialises in wire harness and battery cable assemblies for various industries including automotive, home appliances, agricultural equipment, power equipment and construction equipment. It operates from its factory in Shikrapur, Nagar Road, Pune, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of technical documentation, procedures and components for new and active products in accordance with the customer's drawing or request of the Plant Manager and their input into the information system.
  • Control of the entire production process with the current technical documentation.
  • Cooperation with Product Supervisor and Product Designers to improve design and reduce pre-production and production costs.
  • Providing daily technical support to the production process and testing of finished products.
  • Ensuring the use of the most appropriate tools and production equipment in cooperation with team members.
  • Creation of work instructions for cutting, crimping and production, as well as ensuring the availability and quality of documents that are actively used in production.
  • Continuous analysis of the jobs and proposing optimal solutions in order to improve working conditions and increase productivity.
  • Proposing for the upgrading of technological procedures and components for existing products.
  • Design of production space, production methods, tools and work instructions for assembly lines.
  • Providing support to the Manager of transfer projects and introducing new products from a technical aspect.
  • Continuous development of productivity and efficiency in its domain of work in accordance with the requirements of quality and customers.
  • RFQ, BOM, Cutting and crimping lists, joint diagram etc. preparation.
  • Expert in PPAP documentation.
  • Wiring harness Assembly form board layout preparation.
  • Implementation of ECN.
  • Must have Knowledge of APQP.
  • Should have good skill on Auto CAD.
  • Knowledge on Wiring Harness components and it's suppliers.
  • Leading the NPD team.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    BE : Automobile/ Electrical/ Mechanical
  • Experience:
    10 to 15 years.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (verbal & written)
  • Strong problem-solving
  • ERP System Operating Knowledge.
