Work Mode: 100% Remote Shift: US Shift Weekly Off: 2 Days Off About Shifa Therapy Shifa Therapy is a rapidly growing mental wellness organisation focused on improving emotional well-being through structured therapy programs. We are looking for compassionate and skilled Health Coaches who can guide clients and contribute to business success. Key Responsibilities - Engage with prospective clients to understand their mental wellness needs. - Clearly communicate Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and on-boarding steps. - Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international clients. - Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets. - Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate documentation and manage all client interactions within the CRM system. - Ensure timely follow-ups and lead tracking using CRM tools. - Work closely with the leadership team to share feedback, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Sales experience (mandatory). - Experience in mental wellness / therapy / healthcare industry preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working in US shift timings. - Experience with CRM software and data management. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. - Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
