The Black Steel is a bespoke lighting brand creating minimal, functional, and industrial designs for homes and architectural spaces. We work closely with high-end homeowners, interior designers, and architects to deliver unique lighting solutions that blend design thinking with craftsmanship.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with excellent communication and creative skills to drive our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling through content, visuals, and design.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create and post engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ideate, script, and coordinate reels/short videos to showcase products, installations, and behind-the-scenes stories.
Content Creation & Communication
- Draft and send email newsletters to customers and partners.
- Write clear, impactful captions, product descriptions, and campaign copy.
Design & Catalogues
- Assist in improving product catalogs with fresh layouts, visuals, and storytelling.
- Coordinate with the design team for updates on brochures and marketing material.
Brand Engagement
- Support in executing marketing campaigns and collaborations.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to suggest improvements.
Photography Support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Assist in basic product/styled photography and editing for social media & catalogs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹18,351.09 per month
