Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Officer for a full-time, mid-level position located in Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai Suburban. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales and will be responsible for driving sales operations on the field and generating leads to expand our customer base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading company in the wellness and fitness services industry. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated expertise in lead generation with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing high-potential leads in competitive markets. Extensive experience in field sales operations, showcasing an ability to effectively manage sales processes from initiation to close Strong presentation skills with the capacity to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to various audiences (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in negotiation, adept at achieving mutually beneficial outcomes and securing agreements with clients. Competence in sales reporting, able to analyze data and present actionable insights for strategic decisions. Experience in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex buying cycles and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, efficiently conveying ideas and articulating key information. A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach toward meeting sales targets and objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through effective field sales strategies and practices. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives. Regularly report on sales activities, outcomes, and forecasts to upper management to inform strategy and planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and enhance market presence. Gather and analyze market and competitor information, identifying trends and areas for business growth. Travel to prospective client locations within the designated region to facilitate sales conversations and negotiations.
