The Cardiac Data Processing Specialist is responsible for data review, quality assurance, and data correction according to predefined study-specific specifications. Origins of data that may be included are recordings of clinical trial participants and pre-recorded test data. Source data types may vary according to the proprietary and off-the-shelf cardiac analysis software being used in each specific trial. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review of cardiac data recording demographics against trial-specific data acquisition guides. Receive, deliver, and process data and communicate to assigned Medical Operations. Communicate data discrepancies to clinical trial sponsors and/or sites via Query Management System. Correct data demographics according to site/sponsor query responses or make self-evident corrections as needed. Investigate and report to the Manager, Incoming Data Processing the status of specific data and/or queries. Uses the time reporting system, signing and reporting all exception time on a weekly basis. Complete other administrative tasks, such as travel and expense reporting or similar, in a timely manner. Performs responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the Company’s mission and goals. What you need: Associate degree or professional certification 1-2 years of data coordinator/data entry, quality assurance, customer service or similar experience.
