Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru East, involves working as a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and helping customers select their desired vehicles. Furthermore, the role includes managing follow-ups, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to provide effective Training to team members
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
