Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant (Male/Female) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The candidate must be proficient in Zoho Books and capable of handling all accounting functions independently, including GST, TDS, invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including bank entries, reconciliations, and voucher posting
  • Prepare sales invoces, proforma invoices, and Debit & Credit Note.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns
  • Prepare monthly TDS sheets and assist in ensuring timely payment and return filing
  • Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits
  • Monitor compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations
  • Support the finance team in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries as needed
  • Reconcile the collection report with bank statements to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel is essential
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time managements
