Reports To: CEO

Salary Range: ■50,000 – ■70,000 per month

Position Summary

The Senior Accountant will oversee the company's financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting

functions. This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex accounting matters

while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards. The incumbent will work closely with the

CEO to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities


• Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).


• Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

  • Liaise with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.


• Budgeting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts.

  • Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control.


• Process Improvement & Control

  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes.

  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance (CA / Inter CA preferred).


• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a senior role.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance requirements.


• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Office-based role in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
