Job Description

*
Lead the Product COE with initiatives across all kinds of loans with the objective of going digital.
*
Be in-charge of driving internal & external special projects across the product lines across digitization, customer experience, operations etc within the regulatory construct.
*
Implement process improvement & digitization initiatives across lead generation, loan orientation, servicing, loan management and collection processes; benchmark against the best loan lifecycle practices.
*
Ensuring creation of compelling service propositions through innovative product management and development.
*
Understanding the voice of the customers through feedback and insights to shape product and service definitions. Collaborate with other product owners within BUs/functions to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric offering.
*
Ensuring the implementation of methods such as surveys, concept testing, analytics tools etc. to collect and manage product feedback. Analyze feedback data to make data-driven decisions and prioritize improvements.
*
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth while anticipating potential disruption trends acoss product, technology, and markets, Bring best of breed solutions and partnerships to digital products at MMFSL.
*
Develop budgets, business plans, and operational frameworks for new products and services. Ensure that financial and operational aspects align with the company's strategic goals.
*
Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with the broader roadmap and strategic objectives. Monitor and measure the business outcomes and return on investment (ROI) of product initiatives.
*
Head a multidisciplinary team throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to delivery. Implement agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives.
*
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Identify and collaborate with regulatory or support partners as needed.
*
Collaborate with various teams, including BU and Functional heads, Design, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, compliance, legal and strategy, to define and track the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
*
Facilitate the development and testing of operational processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
*
Work closely with Operations, Engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality products and services.
*
Craft and ensure execution of go-to-market strategies that effectively introduce new products and services to the market. Review and Analyze campaigns and programs to boost digital adoption among customers. Enable change management working closely with BUs and functions.
*
Implement efficient UX/UI processes, including usability studies and collaboration between design teams, Journey owners, and engineers. Ensure that the user experience is intuitive and aligns with customer expectations.

The Successful Applicant

➢
Graduate / Post-Graduate Degree from a recognized institute
➢
14+ year's progressive experience in delivering complex digital transformation projects in Financial Institutions.
➢
Domain knowledge of financial services in general and lending specifically with strong exposure in vehicle financing / wheels / secured lending products in Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs preferably across different functions (product/sales/credit etc)
Knowledge about digital product development & life cycle management
