Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team. This role involves initial engagement with incoming leads, qualifying them based on interest and intent, updating CRM entries, and ensuring that only genuine leads are forwarded to the Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Make initial calls to all incoming leads to understand their requirements.
  2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and categorize them as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
  3. Schedule appointments and demos with relevant Sales Executives.
  4. Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
  5. Follow up with potential leads to keep them engaged until they are sales-ready.
  6. Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries.
  7. Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience
:

  • 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the machinery or industrial sector.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Gujarati, Hindi, English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to assess client intent and prioritize accordingly.
