Inside Sales Representative

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves managing leads through inbound/outbound channels like LinkedIn, email, and social media, while working closely with marketing and sales leadership.
This position offers growth opportunities and career advancement in our fast-growing cloud, SaaS, and iPaaS company.
Key Responsibilities-Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities from marketing-generated leads and outbound campaigns including cold calling.
-Qualify target account leads to build a pipeline for Account Executives, securing 30-50 meetings per month. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
-Maintain control of a conversation, objection handling, and qualify the opportunity.
-Clearly articulate the value/benefit of the product to the prospective audience.

Required Qualifications-A firm understanding of content marketing, pre-sales and/or sales activities for software companies.
-A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers.
-Ability to explain complex technology use cases in simple, coherent language.
-Comfortable working with technical teams.
-Pleasant and charming personality with the ability to engage prospective customers.
-Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication. Must be a concise and coherent storyteller.
-Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and other sales and marketing tools and technologies.
-Strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales.
Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in science, humanities, literature, or marketing.
