The purpose of the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition role is to drive full-cycle recruitment for consulting and niche skill sets across geographies, ensuring delivery of high-quality talent aligned with evolving business priorities

- ips.Standardize and optimize recruitment processes to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experie
- nce.Implement structured selection methodologies, competency frameworks, and consistent evaluation mechani
- sms.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, sharing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment d
- ata.Ensure transparency and strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecy
- cle.Mentor and develop recruiters, fostering collaboration, agility, accountability, and continuous improvement within the t
- eam.Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to enhance the employer value proposition across consulting talent po
- ols.Monitor industry hiring trends, competitor strategies, and emerging skill demands to shape recruitment pl

Require**

  • ments:

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
- field.12–14 years of talent acquisition experience, with strong focus on consulting, professional services, or niche skills
- hiring.Minimum 3–5 years in a people management role leading multi-location recruitment
- teams.Strong understanding of consulting skill sets, talent markets, and evolving industry
- trends.Demonstrated success in senior leadership hiring for niche and critical
