About Us:

Old Marigold is a sustainable women’s apparel brand specializing in handcrafted products made by local Indian artisans. We are looking for a versatile and creative Marketing and Creative Executive to manage end-to-end marketing efforts while handling content creation, basic graphic design, and website updates.


Role Overview:

The Marketing and Creative Executive will oversee all marketing initiatives, including social media management, influencer collaborations, and retention campaigns. They will also be responsible for designing high-quality graphics, lookbooks, banners, and ad creatives, as well as managing website content updates. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Schedule and post engaging content, including feed posts, stories, and reels.
  • Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to boost visibility and growth.


Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Design creative assets such as banners, ad creatives, lookbooks, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Create visually appealing content for social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Assist in photoshoots or coordinate with external teams to produce product imagery.


Website Management:

  • Update website content such as banners, product descriptions, and promotional graphics using platforms like Shopify.
  • Ensure website design aligns with brand aesthetics and is user-friendly.
  • Work with external developers for technical support as needed.


Collaborations & Campaigns:

  • Manage influencer, stylist, and PR collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches with creative assets.


Retention Marketing:

  • Create and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for better reach and conversions.


Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all visuals and messaging align with Old Marigold’s brand values and aesthetics.
  • Research trends in fashion and sustainability to keep content fresh and relevant.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or graphic design, preferably in a D2C or fashion brand.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of website management tools like Shopify or WordPress.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and handcrafted products is a plus.
