You will be the key link between our client and internal teams, driving process improvements and ensuring excellence in billing, collections, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for daily client communication. Bridge gaps between departments to streamline billing & collections. Develop & implement strategies to optimize practice workflows. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree with7+ yearsin the healthcare industry. Mandatory 2+ yearsof direct client communication experience. Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, collections, and compliance. Proven track record in process improvement and achieving results.
