Summary:
This position performs general accounting including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet , schedules, ledgers and account and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closing
and account analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Accounts Finalization, Vendor Payable, Accounts Receivables & have sufficient experience in all the areas of accounting
  • Excel based MIS Reporting for better presentation of reports to the Management. (Use of Pivot table, Charts, Macros Etc.)
  • Experience in Reconciliation & Finalization of Accounts, to handle clients and make all reports for the day.
  • Manage general accounting operations and internal financial reporting using Excel.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger analysis
    Managing Internal Audit for Account receivables & payables related queries.
  • Good Knowledge of Excel & other office Application. Managing Internal Audit for Account receivables & payables related queries.
