Job Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join our team We’re super early-stage, and this will be similar to a role in a start-up. It’s not a typical 9-5 job and is best suited to someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the time and effort to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You’ll work closely with sales & delivery teams to capture problem statements, and any other requirements efficiently.
  • You’ll facilitate the right SMEs' involvement in a certain project (based on bandwidth, availability, etc.). 
  • You’ll enable sales teams to create final BRDs and be involved in all the required documentation of every project. 
  • You’ll be creating projects on our PM tool, breaking down projects into tasks and output required and assigning them to the appropriate team involved to run it. 
  • You’ll facilitate further discovery, co-design processes with the client and our SMEs
  • You’ll plan the weekly sprints and be able to navigate the direction of engagement. 
  • You’ll run day-to-day scrums to get a deeper understanding of the status of deliverables, requirement changes, change in timelines (if required). 
  • You’ll facilitate communication with the clients on the daily / weekly updates and be the facilitator on the weekly recurring calls with the clients. 
  • Post project completion, you’ll enable the right documentation KT process across the customers and our internal teams as well. 
  • You’ll also facilitate cross-sell opportunities with the sales teams, as you build deeper relationships with the client, you’ll be able to drive those conversations for us.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands - on experience in project management. If you've worked on CRM/ERP projects for an agency before, that's a BIG plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering CRM/digital transformation projects on time and within budget.
  • Preferably a strong understanding of the CRM platforms, marketing automation, and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Project Management, HubSpot CRM, etc.) are a big-big plus.
  • Experience in using ZOHO / Asana or any other project management tool is a must
  • Experience with knowledge about B2B/SaaS businesses preferred


Soft requirements:

  • Willing to work in a Startup culture
  • Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
  • Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
  • Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.


Employment Type: Full-time
