Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new healthcare practices and treatments. Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with healthcare protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor patient vital signs and document medical information accurately and timely. Assist in patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patient care, adhering to infection control guidelines. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues to ensure patient satisfaction and quality of care.
