We are looking for anAccountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments andvariable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Accountantresponsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconcilingbank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful inthis role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair forspotting numerical mistakes.

Ultimately, you willprovide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position,liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant withall tax regulations.

Responsibilities

·Manage all accountingtransactionswith Tally and QuickBooks accounting

·Handle employeespayroll and all statutory like provident fund, ESI, professional tax, customs,SEZ, Non-STPI and Bank works

·Prepare budgetforecasts

·Publish financialstatements in time

·Handle monthly,quarterly and annual closings

·Reconcile accountspayable and receivable

·Ensure timely bankpayments

·Compute taxes andprepare tax returns

·Manage balance sheetsand profit/loss statements

·Report on thecompany’s financial health and liquidity

·Audit financialtransactions and documents

·Reinforce financialdata confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

·Comply with financialpolicies and regulations

Requirements

·Work experience as anAccountant

·Excellent knowledge ofaccounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP)

·Hands-on experiencewith accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks

·Advanced MS Excelskills including Vlookups, pivot tables, macros.

·Experience withgeneral ledger functions

·Strong attention todetail and good analytical skills

·Bachelor/master degreein commerce , Finance or relevant degree

·Additionalcertification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
