Vice President, Specialist, Inorganic Business, Priority Sector Lending-(WD78689)PTC Execution & Strategic Target Achievement: Strategic Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) to achieve and exceed budgeted PSL targets under the FIG PSL umbrella. Compliance & Documentation Excellence: Ensure all disbursements are executed strictly in line with the bank's PSL targets, maintaining impeccable documentation and unwavering adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance standards. Inter-Departmental Coordination (CBG & SME): Corporate & Business Banking Group (CBG): Coordinate effectively with the CBG to meet and surpass their respective PTC objectives. Small & Medium Enterprises (SME): Collaborate proactively with the SME unit to successfully achieve their PTC targets. Cross-Selling & Funding Initiatives: Deposit Mobilization & Credit Enhancement: Drive the mobilization of significant time deposits for the crucial purpose of credit enhancement for PTCs, ensuring their successful placement with DBIL (or relevant internal entity). Banking Product Cross-Selling: Actively identify, pursue, and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling various banking products to relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in PTC transactions. Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: SPV Account Management: Facilitate the efficient establishment and management of accounts for various SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) critical to FIG, CBG, and SME PTCs, enabling seamless new transaction execution. System & Process Improvement: Proactively identify, skillfully troubleshoot, and promptly resolve any technical errors or discrepancies within the GLOW system related to the automation of PTCs in the MLC (Master Loan Classification) system, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured from relevant stakeholders. Portfolio Management & Risk Mitigation (eLVB DA Portfolio): Vigilant Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct rigorous and continuous monitoring of the eLVB DA (Dues from Others) portfolio to ensure its optimal health, performance, and mitigate potential risks. Proactive Provisioning Control: Proactively manage and ensure that provisions for the eLVB DA portfolio are maintained efficiently and within allocated budgets. Reconciliation & Interest Resolution: Take full ownership of resolving all pending reconciliation and interest-related issues, with a particular focus on those involving IIFL, ensuring timely and accurate closures.
