Rivirtual is seeking a talented and resourceful Part-Time HR Manager with a primary focus on recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to build a dynamic team that drives our success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including active sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
  • Write engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across various platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs and prioritize open roles.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Provide input on hiring strategies and improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring for diverse roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time and flexible schedule.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Experience in HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., onboarding, employee relations) is a bonus.
