Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. What you will learnPractical exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition processes.Insight into employee engagement and retention strategies.Experience in implementing HR systems and managing compliance.Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques.Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

QualificationsCurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.Handle HR-related queries and provide support for day-to-day operations.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Assist in tracking employee performance and conducting feedback sessions.Conduct market research to benchmark HR practices.
