Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX Designer who excels in Figma and has a deep passion for designing intuitive and beautiful user experiences. This role involves leading the UX design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and influencing the overall design strategy. As a senior member of the team, you will be instrumental in shaping the user journey across our digital products, ensuring they are visually stunning and functionally impeccable.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs in Figma, creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand vision and user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively across different audiences, including executives and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative, user-centered design solutions.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including a deep understanding of its features and capabilities for creating interactive prototypes and design systems.
  • Strong skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user’s needs.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Desirable Skills:


  • Experience working in a generative AI or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience in creating and managing design systems.


Educational Background:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
