Job Title: Inside Sales & Business Development Specialist – Hospitality About the Role We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our hospitality business development team. The ideal candidate will focus on inside sales, presales, and client acquisition to drive growth by engaging hotels, travel partners, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, connect, and onboard new hotels, travel agencies, and corporate accounts. Conduct inside sales calls, email campaigns, and virtual presentations to generate leads. Manage the presales process – from prospecting, qualifying, and pitching to proposal submission. Support senior sales managers in preparing customized proposals and quotations. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, inside sales, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, OTA platforms, and corporate travel solutions will be an added advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
