Job DescriptionYou will help solve analytical problems across the organization and propose product changes to improve company profitability and growth.

What this team does:Propose data driven product changes to improve customer experience and company profitability. Partner with product and engineering teams to implement your solution into productionBuild and maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards to guide the business strategy for the growing lending portfolioCollaborate with the Marketing team to assess and evaluate existing and new channels of growth. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and maintain a performance tracker.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify underlying explanations for changes in portfolio performance, develop data-driven solutions, and evaluate expected portfolio impactsCollaborate with data science, product, and engineering to propose hypothesis testing to improve risk and profitabilityWork with the Security team on strategies to mitigate fraud.Develop statistical models to assist in fraud mitigation and user segmentation for capital markets transactions and financial data analysisSupport the marketing, Capital markets and product teams with their data needs

QualificationsWorking Knowledge in SQL and Python/R/MetabasePrevious Internship Experience preferably in Analytics/StrategyExperience analyzing, visualizing and communicating impactful insightsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsEnthusiasm for working across cultures, functions, and time zonesYou are in your Final year of College
